Sega Genesis joypad / Sega MegaDrive joypad

This joypad contain bug in design and need small fix for correct management of direction. Without this fix is possible press LEFT+RIGHT+UP+DOWN in same time, but joypad present this state always as UP+RIGHT. Same bug is if you press any three directions in same time. With my small fix will always possible press max. two directions (UP+LEFT, UP+RIGHT,DOWN+LEFT,DOWN+RIGHT)
